Llantilio Crossenny Festival of Music and Drama

The annual Llantilio Crossenny Festival of Music and Drama takes place during May each year and comprises a mix of opera, classical music and jazz performances.

Hay-on-Wye Festival

At the end of May and first week of June, this yearly festival draws the most amazing names from the literary world, who manage to travel to the small village of Hay from all corners of the globe. In the last few years it has attracted titans as diverse as Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Bill Clinton, Stephen Fry, Margaret Atwood and Sir Paul McCartney. Cheltenham’s Festivals include ones for Literature, Jazz, Music and Science

The Bell is within easy access of Cheltenham which is about a 40 minute drive away. The Cheltenham Festivals are renowned for attracting great crowds (in normal times) and it’s always a good idea to book in advance.
